How to Lose Weight Fast: Ultimate Crash Diet

Looking to lose weight quickly? Need to fit into a dress in a couple of weeks? This is a hardcore fasting diet used by models and actresses everywhere. This is not a long-term diet plan. It's an extreme weight loss technique to shed several pounds in a short amount of time.

    For as long as you can bear it, eat only green vegetables with very few calories. You can eat them raw, bake them, sautee them, or blend them into a vegetable smoothie. But you cannot put any type of seasoning on them. Eat only green vegetables for as long as it takes to lose the weight you want.

    Celery, lettuce, spinach and broccoli are your best bets. Whatever you do, stay away from all starchy vegetables (potatoes, squash and corn will not help you lose weight).

    Drink as much water as you can. Drink water before, during and after all meals.

    Exercise as much as you can daily, but at least 45 minutes of aerobics is best.

    Following this diet, you should be able to lose at least a pound per day.

  1. This is a horrible diet. I hope that anyone reading this understands that this is NOT nutritionally sound, and is a very very dangerous thing to do.
    You NEED amino acids (protein) on a VLCD (very low calorie diet) and without them risk many different health issues.
